This was our third time staying at the hotel, always in late December right before Christmas to enjoy the decorations and festivities. The staff is top notch, from the shuttle drivers, front desk staff, housekeepers and breakfast servers. We enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and massage facilities. Our room was comfortable, clean and well decorated. We were treated to a bottle of Prosecco and a cheese plate upon arrival. We will be back!
